TOOL ROOM
The Tool Room takes care of the total in house Tooling Requirements .
This unit is equipped with latest machinery required for the design and
manufacture of various types of Tools and fixtures . The unit has in house
Tool design facilities and is capable to meet the stringent quality requirements
of the various customers.
MOULDING SHOP
COMPRESSION MOULDING SHOP
This shop is equipped with the compression moulding machine of various
capacities to cater to the moulding of various components . This shop
basically caters to the requirements of the Railway Division of the unit
.
INHOUSE LAB & TEST FACILITIES
The Lab is equipped with the State of the Art Test Equipments such as Rheometer,
Load Deflection tester, Abrasion Tester, Universal testing Machine, Muffle
Furnace, Ovens, Tensile & elongation tester, Specific Gravity Meter,
Complete Environmental Test Facility such as Environmental Chamber, Saline
Chamber, Dust Chamber, Impact Test Equipment, Hardness test equipment etc.
